Electric arc welding
Our company carries out welding work up to a maximum weight of 12 tons. Our welders are qualified according to EN 9606-1 in the following methods:
- arc welding with fusion electrode without shielding gas EN ISO 4063 (11)
- arc welding with fusion electrode in inert gas EN ISO 4063 (135)
- tungsten arc welding with inert gas EN ISO 4063 (141)
- Tungsten arc welding in inert gas without filler material EN ISO 4063 (142)
Welding quality is ensured by expert welding supervision.
Certification:
- EN ISO 3834-2 Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials - Part 2: Higher quality requirements
- EN 15085-1 to 5 Welding of railway rolling stock and parts thereof
